On large construction projects, there are many moving parts and tracking progress and site planning can be a challenge. Our Miwida Project Management Tool (MPMT) uses aerial vehicles to provide solutions that can save time, money and avoid potential conflict within parties involved in the execution of a project. We are able to provide timely and accurate information to architects/designers, engineers, project managers and clients to ensure that everyone is on the same page. By also creating a real time ‘golden record’, our solution can make a crucial difference in managing costs, controlling risks, increasing safety and gaining intelligence to make smarter and quicker decisions.
⦁ Upon appointment Miwida undertakes regular scheduled flights of the project to collect visual data that can be easily distributed between stakeholders.
⦁ After careful project planning our field teams go out to the site collect the spatial data by means of UAV, 3D scanners, GPS and total stations.
⦁ This spatial data is then processed at our data processing centre and produced in industry specific deliverables.
